Thought – #28

“He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.”

– Epictetus

Do you constantly think of the things that you do not have? Are you always concentrating on something you want? If so, you will never feel satisfied – you will always be looking and hoping for “someday” to be here. “Someday I will have that boat.” Someday I will have that new car, that new job, etc.”
Take time out and think about all that you do have! Be grateful for what you are in control of. Rejoice for having whatever you have, great or small! You will find yourself much more happier this way!

Thought – #27

“Millions long for immortality who don’t know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon.”

– Susan Ertz

Do you have a list of things To Do that will help you get towards your goals? Are you grateful when you have the opportunity to spend some time working towards (or even struggling through) some hard times to accomplish what you want? Remember, there are always others out there that cannot do what you are doing. Be grateful that you can.
