We must develop a way to motivate ourselves and “make it happen”. When you are motivated you are ready to take action.
When we are motivated we get following benefits.
* creativity – Once you become focused and motivated, creativity is a natural “side-effect”.
* energy – People who are motivated need less sleep and possess more excitement.
* health – When you are motivated, you have more reasons to get and stay healthy.
* magnetism – Others are naturally drawn to winners and people who are constantly energized.
* momentum – Building and maintaining momentum will breed more motivation and vice verse.
* multiplication – Motivation and energy is contagious! It will spread like wildfire.
* recognition – Others respect you for your achievements because people want to be associated with a winner. They will willingly offer their assistance.
* productivity – Motivated people get more done. They move quickly, deliberately, and maintain a can-do attitude along the way.
How to Develop Motivation
We must keep our goals in mind daily through writing them or reading what we have already written. It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily cycle that we make no effort to push forward. How many times have you said to yourself, “Wow, it’s Friday already?” Long-term goals get placed on the back burner and we simply react to whatever happens in our lives instead of leading the way. We may have been “busy” this week, but most times we haven’t accomplished anything significant. This will only make you feel worse which creates a domino-effect. Staying thankful of the things that you do have is a solid way of warding off negative thoughts and emotions.
Once we reach a major milestone, it is crucial to create a much higher goal and celebrate the achievement. In fact, it’s a good idea to celebrate the achievement before it arrives. When you do this, you put faith in God(universe or whatever you believe in) and yourself that what you desire WILL happen.

And he asks for your advice on one of the most critical matter. You take full interest in that matter and give them your adivce, suggest them. considering that problem to be yours.
After some day you come to know they did something else, which you suggested was not correct. Something that shouldn’t be done. You feel why the hell I keep giving advice and suggestions, to people if they don’t value it. You feel very low thinking about this, feeling bad that you are of no value to them, because you feel if you had any value to them they must have done what you suggested, or what you advised them, to do.
What will you do in this condition? How can you make sure this does not happens to you again?
One thing you can do is make sure they think about your advice or suggestion consiously. if you can not guarentee that make sure you are unaffected by their act. Another thing you can do is, take something from the person to whome you are giving the advice for e.g. take a dairymilk choclate for giving a advice. In this way you will feel that you advice was not useless, coz you got something for that. And even the person taking the advice will think if he is giving something for the advice then it must be tried. Although you’ll still feel bad if they still don’t consider your advice, but anyways you got something for your advice.
So keep taking something for the advice you give. Else you will be one of the VICTIM of this mouse trap.

I thought for a moment and then answered I dont remember if I did. Then my friend replied that is the ideal answer which he expected. As he told me if you were able to answer this question or if your answer would have been yes then you had not forgiven.
If you had forgiven and you dont remember that is very good thing but when you remember that you have forgiven someone that does not mean you have forgiven you still remember that.
The base of any relationship in this world is Trust. You should be forgiving if you want a relationship to be long lasting any relationship. The moment you start remembering the number of you have forgived someone that will make the relationship more and more insecure. You will have revengefull attitude or rather you ll have a grudge for that person. And that hurts relationship.
So If you need to have good relationship you should be good at forgiving but not remembering what you have forgiven. So forget what you have forgiven for long lasting relationships.
