Here are few tips to ensure a good night’s sleep
- Have a schedule for the day
- Make room for at least 6-8 hours of sleep
- The body produces sleep hormone melatonin only in the dark. So create a dark environment in the bedroom
- Drink a cup of milk before going to sleep
- use an eye band
- Practice relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation
- Wash face in lukewarm water before sleeping
- Cultivate bedtime reading habits
