That is, you are on a good track, so it should be easy to move further along the line of satisfaction and joy in work. You're doing great; now seek even greater things. You're already imbued with the forward motion that creates your current happiness. Most people don't think that way, though. For those that are discontent in their jobs, here is how you may improve your job satisfaction. Just knowing that the pain is really in you, and not out there among the conditions, bosses and co-workers will itself move you towards greater peace and joy. You really have all the control that is possible to make yourself feel good about your work. Then as you feel more joy in the work you have, you may well find yourself becoming more attracted to what would give you even more joy, and so don't be too surprised as a better job naturally falls on top of you.Do not worry that feeling better about an unpleasant work will make you content. True contentment makes you feel more content in your job AND feel new eagerness to seek better work.

Many are there that don’t like their jobs, but I have a suggestion that might appeal to everyone.

For those that like their jobs, consider creative discontent.
